From a young age, Madeleine has always had a love for baking. Whether it was spent "helping" as a toddler, or with her grandmother, you could always find her in the kitchen. She spent lots of time learning from her grandmother, who was born and raised in France. She was such a wonderful role model, and inspired Madeleine to go to the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City where she graduated first in her class at the end of 2023. While in school, she also worked in a small bakery as a cake decorator. It was there her love of decorating truly blossomed.
